Love and heartbreak belongs together...

There are some secrets you're better off not knowing. But once Ever Bloom is given a glimpse of what Damen is keeping from her, she has to find out more - whatever the cost.
Their past together is not what she thinks - and only he remembers everything. Until now, when a vengeful friend lets her in on his secret. And it may just push Ever into someone else's arms...

My Thoughts
I really love this whole Immortals concept however I'm finding this series to be quite slow paced.I don't understand when are Damen and Ever going to be together. It taking extremely long. I hope very very soon!

Though, the book was great overall. But, I am really not liking Jude by each book. I never liked him to start with as soon as I heard he had dreadlocks. Like come on, a guy with dreadlocks? Not a pretty picture. But that's not the only reason. He just ruins everything. So irritating!

At least in this book things seem to be getting somwhere. Well, slightly. Now that we have more of a glimpse at Damen's past lives. Ever still has some trust issues with Damen. I love Damen. He's characteris super awesome. It would have been nice to hear more from Ever's friends... I really like Miles.

The book still great as always. Very really exciting. At least the next book Everlasting is the last book to the series ...and I can't wait to read it and see how everything finishes!

  1. I love the concept of it as well and although I didn't like the middle-y books very much and found them kind of slow also I loved the last book and it kind of made sense what happened in the middle books.
I want to go back and re-read the whole series now and see if I like the middle books better now I know the ending.
    Great review

  2. This series is both loveable but frustrating lol
I am always left wanting more though.

  3. I want to read this series!

  4. I've been thinking about picking up this series

  5. I've only read the first books in this series, but I really want to continue it! I get that it must be frustrating for them not to be together though - thanks for the great review :).

  6. I've only read the first two books in this series, and I actually didn't like 'em. I'll see if I give a chance to the third book when it comes out in my country...

  7. I haven't decided whether to read this series or not yet so I appreciate your thoughts on this book. I'm not sure how I feel about it being a slow series even up to the fifth book when there are six books total... Great review!

  8. I've been debating whether to read this series for a while now and I'm glad I read your review because now if I do decide to read these I'm pre-warned about how it's going to take forever for her and her love interest to get together. That would frustrate me just as much as you were.

    Great review though!

  9. Loved the cover!! And it's rare to see a bit of "slow moving romance" these days!

Thanks for the review and letting us know that :) Not sure if I'll check this out..but it's good to know about the series beforehand!

  10. I read the first 2 books and they were good but i have been hesitant to read the rest. I think I'll give them a try. Great review.

  11. lol if you don't like guys with dreadlocks then you haven't seen Samuel from the Glee Project...TOTAL hottie :)

  12. I loved the cover, but I didn't really like the plot too muhc-glad you liked it though!

  13. The covers are always so lovely and pretty. I was attracted to her other book but I wonder if I should start on this series after reading your review
